Return Policy
Laser and Skin Surgery Center of Indiana offers a 30 Day Return Policy for products. If your product is unopened and unused, you may bring it back to the practice within 30 days for a refund or even exchange. You are responsible for all shipping costs if you choose to ship the product back to us. We recommend that you use a shipping service that can provide insurance for the full value of your returned item(s). Laser and Skin Surgery Center of Indiana is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
